Why We're Doing This
Our churches share a common DNA. We love the same Jesus, preach the same gospel, and are on the same mission. But proximity matters — real relationship building happens when you're in the same room, eating the same meals, and staying up too late talking about things that actually matter.
The goal is simple: further the advance of the gospel — together.
We want the next generation of leaders in our churches to know each other by name, learn from each other's strengths, and build relationships that makes long-term collaboration in Kingdom work fruitful.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
If you lead people — whether that's from a stage, a small group, children's ministry, or any other job that YOUR Pastor has defined as a leader — this gathering is for you. We're defining "leader" broadly: anyone who influences others toward the gospel and takes seriously the work of making disciples. Your Local Pastor will get you the invite.
HOW MANY ARE COMING?
Hopefully: LOTS! We're expecting to invite around 150 leaders from our three churches combined. Spouses are not only welcome, but encouraged to come! You aren't doing your ministry alone, they will enjoy it too. Kids are not part of this event — Our goal is to have undistracted teaching, worship, and time building relationships with one another.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
Cost covers both nights, and all the meals.
If you want your own room, no sharing- $300 per person
If you are coming with your spouse,
or rooming with others- $250 per person
